Download Rocket League For Free On Epic Games, Guide
How you can get Rocket League for free with the Epic Games launcher. Because for those of you who didn't know already Rocket League is going free to play exclusively on the Epic Games launcher.
The first thing we're going to go ahead and do is download the Epic Games launcher and to do that you just want to go ahead and look up Epic Games, now that you've done that just pick the first website that comes up. Now what we're going to do next is download the Epic Games Launcher and to do that you just want to press the get Epic Games in the upper right-hand corner. After you do that you'll get this pop-up right here and you just want to go ahead and press save next you'll get this little pop-up on the bottom of your screen. But just keep in mind depending on your browser. It might be different, so what you're going to do is you're going to go ahead and press on it and then you'll get this pop-up right here and you just want to go ahead and press install. The Epic Games launcher is installed you just want to go ahead and sign up for your very own Epic Games account and you can sign up with your email your Facebook account your Google account your Xbox account your PS4 account and Steam or Nintendo Switch account.
They have a lot of different options, so just go ahead and pick one and sign up with it. Now after you sign up for an account you'll be brought to the pop-up page right here and Rocket League should be the first one that comes up. But if it's not there just go to the search bar and search up Rocket League. Now to install it what you want to go ahead and do is just press on it and after it's unloading just go ahead and scroll down and press the blue get button. Now we'll start loading your order and since it's free just go ahead and press the green purchase button and after you purchase it. You'll be brought to this page right here and from the pop-up, you can just press install now with Rocket League, but if you do miss a pop-up you can just go in your library and install it from there. Also, we don't know if you guys knew this already, but Epic Games is giving you a special deal where you can get this really cool coupon for 10 off a 15 purchase and you can get it within the first 30 days of Rocket League is released.
So now we just have to go ahead and wait for Rocket League to install and while you wait for Rocket League to install. This would be a great time to go and activate your Rocket League account just go to Rocket League.com slash activate and here you can activate your Epic Games account with your Rocket League account. If you don't do this you can't play online or cross-platform, so if you're new your Epic Games account will be pre-selected and then you can just go ahead and continue with that or you can connect your steam your PS4 your Xbox or your Nintendo Switch account.
You can have all your progress on your pc too, but that's just optional. While you wait you can just go ahead and activate your Epic Games account with Rocket League, so after it's done installing what you want to go ahead and do is go to your library and just go ahead and launch Rocket League and now you can just hop into a game and go play with your friends speaking of playing with your friends.
We don't think playing cross-platform online with your friends has ever been more accessible and cheap and when we say cheap I mean free. If you guys don't know what cross-platform play is it's wherewith and you're on Xbox we can play together and that's also true with PS4 Nintendo Switch and Steam. Because we think it's really really cool because on Xbox I used to have to pay $10.20 a month to be able to play online Rocket League with my friends.
