Multiple PS5 Features Leaked, PlayStation 5 Launch Exclusive Adopts Digital Deluxe Versions

We have some new Playstation 5 features to go over because they seemingly leaked out through some source code. You guys are going to be pretty interested in a lot of these features, they are pretty important. We're also going to be talking about some Digital Deluxe editions of some of the Playstation 5 launch exclusives. That was recently confirmed Yesterday. 

Cross generation party chat between PS4 players and PS5 players as far as, we know this is not something that has been explicitly confirmed by Sony. Many people are assuming will be there day one and it seems as though your assumption would be correct says, here in a recent leak of source code from Reddit - it has seemingly been confirmed that cross-gen party chat will be available between PS5 and PS4 players. Once the PS5 launches in November web page source code on Playstation's official website revealed. The interesting information as evidenced by the line below and this is what it reads message and voice chat with friends across PS4, PS5 and the Playstation App. 

There you go we basically have confirmation that crosses generation party chat will be a thing and we think a lot of people are going to feel pretty good about hearing this news. Because could you just imagine, what it would be like if you couldn't chat with PS4 players. If you decided to upgrade to the PS5 that would be pretty terrible. Many people would be extremely upset about that, but we do have confirmation now so really good news in our opinion. We're also talking about Backwards Compatibility as well as game sharing and a few other features as well.

That was discovered so talking about Backwards Compatibility this is coming from the same source code leaked from the Playstation Store playing PS4 games on PS5 some functionalities available on PS4 may not be available. They are referring you to the official Playstation website where they have all the details explaining what functionalities will be available what functionalities will not be it goes on to say this PS4 game is not supported with your PS5 current system software. We are continuing to make more PS4 games playable on PS5 update your PS5, then try playing the game. This is obviously talking about that one per cent outlier that Jim Ryan did reference. He recently confirmed in an interview that 99% of the Playstation 4 library does work on the Playstation 5, but there is that one per cent that for one reason or another as of right now is not playable.

Now we do not have a list of these games that are not playable, assuming Sony will at some point provide that list for us at least. It would be pretty unfortunate if you assume that the game you want to play on your PS5 the PS4 game that is you just think it's going to work and it happens to be one of the unlucky one per cent games. That just can't work for whatever reason, but it also says here Playstation 5 boost mode enabled once again reconfirming that boost mode is still a thing with the PS5 and we also get a list of games that will utilize the Playstation 5's boost mode. This is something that, we think a lot of people will care about it said or Mark Cerny. Boost mode is going to be a pretty important thing to a lot of people, so here's hoping we get a list for that it goes on to say the Playstation Store website source code also features a message, that hints at forced haptic feedback and adaptive triggers for the Playstation 5 controller and so it says trigger effect required as well as vibration function required console sharing will seemingly also be back on Playstation 5, suggesting account management features.

That won't be too different from the PS4, so it says if the console's sharing and offline play setting is enabled on your PS5 players aged 18 plus, who aren't PS now subscribers will be able to play. You'll be able to on the PS5 and again it talks about sharing video clips albums all that stuff, that we kind of already expect to be able to do so there's nothing too revealing here. When it comes to how the UI is going to function what it's going to look like, but still these are important things that Sony again has yet to officially talk about. They are things that people are glad to hear about specifically with the cross-gen party chatz that's something that! assumed would be there and we just glad to know how we basically have official confirmation of that. So moving right along we're going to be talking about some of the Digital Deluxe editions for some of these upcoming Playstation 5 exclusives.

The Demon Souls Digital Deluxe Edition it's going to be $90.90 us dollars anyway and it does list everything you get with it and the big thing here with the Demon Souls Digital Deluxe Edition is you get a lot of apparently new items. That was not originally part of Demon Souls based off of what we're looked into and this is interesting because it does imply or maybe. Let us know that blue point games have maybe taken a few more liberties than we were originally anticipating with this Demon Souls remake by adding new items by adding you would assume new descriptions and also adding potentially some new lure and this has people pretty interested to see how blue point would handle this did from software have any involvement did they get from software's blessing or did they just kind of take it into their own hands to do this. it will be very interesting to find that out, but you know we going to put up a list of all of them, we probably already had it up by this point. But a list of all the items you get when you get the Digital Deluxe Edition some people were complaining about this.

Because they think it's kind of unfair or unnecessary, but to me, it seems pretty clear that this is basically for those who want that extra bonus at the beginning of the game. There is PVP in this game so that does make it a little bit questionable, but ultimately we don't think it's a big deal this just seems like. If you want that extra bonus at the beginning to make life a little bit easier and your first play through a little bit easier at the beginning anyway of Demon Souls. This is for it then goes on to say Demon Souls pre-order bonus this is for any edition of the game. You get the Reaper Scythe Weapon. Which we believe is a new weapon that was not in the original game says the Reaper Scythe is a pole weapon with a curved blade on one end. It is so sharp that they say it can sever your Souls from your body, that does sound pretty intense it can down many targets in a single blow. But is difficult to handle and requires both strength and dexterity to use.

There are your bonuses for Demon Souls we're moving on to Spider-Man Miles Morales pre-order bonuses, this is the Standard or Ultimate Edition, you get the tracksuit DLC skin and this is apparently something that people are very much excited about that was a big part of the uh Spider-Man 2018 game are the DLC suits or the suits that you can unlock, you get the second Spidey suit unannounced mystery DLC suit. So, we'll have to see what that's going to be you get the gravity well gadget early unlock for the gravity well gadget that pulls enemies together and knocks them down demilitarize them more skill points bonus points. That can go towards new powers and abilities and so we also have another Digital Deluxe Edition for Sackboy a big adventure which is a game that many people we think are looking forward to and this game is coming to both Playstation 4 and Playstation 5 as well this holiday season and the Digital Deluxe Edition on PS4 and PS5 will pack an announcer of fresh Digital extras these extras incorporate a Digital art book for Sackboy clothing designed after Playstation characters and extra.
