Nintendo Switch Pro Report, Rumours To Have Mini-LED Display

The Nintendo Switch revision, that's been named the Switch Pro. We're predicting, it is like the first half of next year. That's been the rumour for the previous four years, it appears like it's been before the Switch came out. We've been conversing about this Switch revision or the Switch Pro, and it hasn't happened the Switch Lite happened.

That was understandable though, the cheaper price, it makes it clearer for people to get into the Switch ecosystem. Obvious makes perfect understanding to us. But a Switch Pro a more valuable model does, that make sense for Nintendo, we'll see going into this year. Because if they don't do it this year and we end up in the Fifth year of the Switch. You might as well just wait till next generation, and just do a whole new Switch in similar 2022 or 2023. Here is the report, Nintendo life had the report from Economic Daily News.

Saying - The report suggests that Nintendo has recently visited Innolux, with the insinuation that it may be parting company with its current screen supplier sharp and JDI and using Mini-LED display technology from Innolux in an upgraded Switch rumoured to arrive next year. The most part it is an evolution of basically, what we used before in LED-backlit displays. Whereof course, if the display is off it has like backlight bleeds. So, instead of it being completely black like what you might see with an OLED display, maybe. You have a phone that has an OLED display instead, it'll be kind of grey like that's just the way it is with these Mini-LED displays.

However, They introduced local dimming and now with Mini-LED, it's become much more controlled to where it's. Virtually, LED it's getting closer, it's not quite there but the all-around cost saving. The yield and brightness make up for it the most percentage. Particularly, if you're mass generating these like we would see someone like Nintendo or know Apple. Would do Apple is moving towards Mini-LED opting to that. Rather, than OLED going into 2022, but things have been going so well for manufacturing, with the different companies getting into the mix Apple, is looking to move to Mini-LED as soon as next year in their MacBooks and their phones.

So, we hear Nintendo kind of reasoning about this as well. Would they have this prepared to go in the next, six to eight months probably not? The explanation is that Nintendo cheap well, okay. They've cost-conscious, they appreciate that they want to make money on their hardware and right now Mini-LED is still a bit too expensive. The way that it goes under in price, is if they let Apple go out there and give several manufacturers, a reason to jump in and start creating these Mini-LED displays. Then Nintendo's means of works their way in there and then they just kind of take advantage, of the cost savings that Apple creates by having a ton of manufacturers come in.

This is a next-generation Switch feature, we think that of everything in front of them. Because people are conversing about OLED, and all this Mini-LED does make the most understanding for Nintendo, to tackle next generation on the Switch. There's any intention, to take the current display in the Switch, now and just move it to Mini-LED, like it would cost more for, what? They're doing a minimal benefit, because the Switch now is not assembled around the idea, of a Mini-LED display. We think they should workaround, what they have now which is that 720p display and going into the next generation sit down. Work with something like a Mini-LED display and do more with it.

Rather, than just the overall idea of the difference, and the colors look better high refresh rate is something. Would be reserved for Nintendo to attempt to tackle. That would be better positioned for a Mini-LED display in next-generation hardware. Reasonably, then-current generation like the cost the timing and Apple even trying to work. It is way in there to me, it just doesn't make sense for something. That's gonna happen in the next six to eight months, but it is interesting to think about particularly. Since it would even be satisfactorily for Nintendo to go that route. Rather, than OLED, because they could still use the money that they would save from going Mini-LED. Use it maybe in things like the chip, that's going into it or other innovations.

They can appear with for it, we will explain, there will be another, Switch in the next six to eight months. The first half of next year basically, but it'll be more of a Switch revision. It's anything that makes this little power gap, between them that visible. It will run current games better, probably at a higher resolution. Since we see the resolution now kind of dip and move all over the place. Ahead, with frame rates, but they're going to introduce any Switch Pro only games, almost going to be another, option for the Switch family.
